Timetabling Solutions Version 10 Licence Agreement is displayed during the installation process.  Accepting the terms of the agreement is a condition of installation and ongoing use.

The Version 10 desktop software licence will move to a Term licence model, still allowing an unlimited number of installations but requiring a named user by the school to Sign in to activate. Previously, only a licence code was entered.

This will allow the school administrator to manage which users can access the desktop software via the Management Portal on https://timetabling.education. The administrator can set the password complexity and session timeout limit.

Read/write access in Timetabling Solutions Version 10 requires a valid Software Maintenance Agreement.

Schools that do not renew their Software Maintenance Agreement

- When the software is not activated, you will be able to open, view and export data in Timetabling Solutions Version 10 but will be unable to save changes to the data

- Version updates and upgrades continue to only be available to schools with a current Software Maintenance Agreement

Timetabling Solutions Version 10 includes Student Options and Timetable Development modules

The Daily Organiser module is no longer a desktop module.

Schools with a current Software Maintenance Agreement at the time of releasing Version 10 will receive access to the hosted Daily Organiser module with 3 user accounts. Additional user accounts will be able to be purchased.

General Access is not being continued beyond Version 9. No further bug fixes will be completed once Version 10 is released. Timetabling Solutions Version 10 will support exporting files for Version 9 General Access, and clients will be able to download/install Version 9 General Access.
