Voting Portal - Change Candidate preference order before submitting

When logged into the Voting Portal as a voter and selecting preferences in a category for multiple candidates the only way the preferences can be altered is by selecting the preference number and using the keyboard to replace. For example if a candidate is currently preference 4 highlight and type 2 and the 4 will be replaced with 2. Would like the ability to be able to click on and click off with the mouse. For example double click on the 4 and that candidate preferences will become blank.
