Ability to email a report that contains all student receipts including the receipt instructions

At present the All receipts by student report only contains submitted subjects and does not include instructions. Would like to be able to generate a report that has the student receipt on an individual page with all information (currently this can only be accessed by clicking on the Student in the Manager or logging into the Student Portal).

At the moment we (mostly me) are printing the student receipts to give to students and the process is extremely time consuming (many hours). I would really love this feature.
