Think we would need to do the following to cover the various scenarios that could come up at a school;
1) parent email addresses recorded on the Student detail page, with 3 options
a) copy in all emails sent to this student
b) automatically email when a selection has been submitted
c) I will add them to emails as required
2) student portal to have a button "add a parent email address", to cater for those who have not provided/updated the school with their address and would provide two options
a) copy in all emails sent to this student
b) automatically email when a selection has been submitted
3) create a mass email template formatted to display what the student has selected. The template could be edited/saved and would be used as the template sent automatically when a selection has been submitted. Mass email form to include the ability to send to parent

We would like the capacity to send emails directly to both parents, we would also like to be able to automatically send the subject a student has selected with a message to the parents. This would stop the need of print outs
