Allow Preference(s) label to be customized in the Student Portal

Currently Preferences is a default term that appears in the Student Portal. In the Manager | Account the Manager would have the option to replace preferences with another label such as subjects.

This could also be extended to other labels/definitions in the Web Preferences Manager whereby the manager could customise their own.
