Option to merge student groups on download to SOFX

Some users are required to create separate student groups but require the data to be in a single Student Options file. After clicking Export to SOFX, great for the user to have the ability to select additional student groups to merge into the single download file (not a zip folder containing multiple files, but a zipped folder containing a single file made up of multiple student groups).
