Add the ability to set minimum and maximum reserves against a student group. For example, minimum of 2 reserves for the student group, allows you to have reserve boxes for multiple preference groups enabling the student to pick the reserves from the preference groups they prefer and leave blank the reserve boxes they don't require. The student can only submit if they meet the condition of selecting 2 reserves.
