Manager username to be email address with ability to change/retrieve password

New Login page - see attachment Forgot My Password page - see attachment Account Settings page - see attachment
1. Admin portal currently stores email address of the account holder, would like to use this for the "Username", enabling password retrieval from the "forgot my password" page.
2. Account settings page allows them to change the email address for the account and change the password - these changes to populate the admin portal.
3. Account settings page has a button called "Renew My Account" which opens: (will supply link)
4. Account settings page displays the account expiry date, the admin portal will need to have an expiry date field added and the CSV import to allow updating of this date field.
5. Login page has a "Learn More" button which opens: (will supply link)
