We might change these rules sometimes, and when we do we'll let your school know first. If you keep using our services, you can check this policy by clicking on the Terms of Use policy on the sign-in page and then opening this policy "Acceptable Usage Policy - for Students".

Things You Can’t Do

You can use our services to learn and work together with others—but always in a safe and respectful way. You must not:

  • Break the law

  • Be dishonest or try to trick people

  • Use someone else’s ideas or work without permission

  • Let someone else log in as you

  • Hurt or try to hurt anyone

  • Bully, insult, or embarrass others

  • Send or share anything inappropriate, unkind, or unsafe

  • Send spam or annoying advertisements

  • Try to break, copy, or steal parts of the website or its code

  • Upload anything that could harm computers (like viruses)

Posting and Sharing Content

If you upload or post anything (like text, pictures, or videos), it must:

  • Be your own work (or something you’re allowed to share)

  • Follow the laws of your country

You must not upload or post anything that:

  • Is rude, mean, or hateful

  • Shows or encourages violence or anything unsafe

  • Includes personal attacks, bullying, or harassment

  • Breaks copyright or other people’s rights

  • Pretend to be someone you’re not

  • Encourages illegal behaviour

  • Contains any advertising without permission

  • Makes it look like Timetabling Solutions said something when we didn’t

By Uploading Content, You Promise:

  • It’s your own content, or you have permission to share it

  • It’s okay for school or work purposes

  • It’s not too large for our system

  • It follows all the rules above

If you break this promise, you might be responsible for any problems it causes.

If You Break These Rules

If we think someone has broken these rules, we may take action. Depending on the situation, that could mean removing content, suspending access, or contacting a parent, teacher, or legal guardian.
