  • Staff Access Portal;

  • desktop software;
  • mobile applications; and
  • any other services provided by Timetabling Solutions.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must:

  • use the services only for legitimate educational or business purposes;
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

  • promptly report suspected security incidents or unauthorised access; and
  • use the services in a manner that does not adversely affect other users.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
  • share user accounts or passwords with unauthorised persons;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • interfere with, disrupt or compromise the availability or security of the services;
  • upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, ransomware or other harmful code;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any software except where permitted by law;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest data from the services using automated or manual methods without our written consent;
  • use the services to send unsolicited bulk communications or spam;
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of Timetabling Solutions or any third party;
  • upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate;
  • upload material that infringes copyright, privacy or confidentiality obligations;
  • use the services in any manner that could damage our reputation or the reputation of our customers; or
  • attempt to bypass security controls or monitoring mechanisms.

6. User Content

Where users upload or publish content using our services, they are responsible for ensuring that the content:

  • is accurate where it contains factual information;
  • complies with applicable laws;
  • does not infringe the rights of any third party;
  • is suitable for an educational or professional environment; and
  • complies with this Acceptable Use Policy.

Users must have the necessary rights or permissions before uploading or distributing any material.


7. Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for protecting their accounts by:

  • maintaining strong passwords or approved authentication methods;
  • enabling multi-factor authentication where available;
  • keeping devices reasonably secure and up to date;
  • logging out of shared devices; and
  • immediately notifying Timetabling Solutions if they believe their account has been compromised.

8. Monitoring

Timetabling Solutions may monitor the use of its services where necessary to:

  • maintain service availability;
  • investigate suspected security incidents;
  • detect misuse or unlawful activity;
  • comply with legal obligations; or
  • protect the security of customers and our platform.

Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.


9. Breach of this Policy

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • issue a warning;
  • require the removal of offending content;
  • temporarily suspend access;
  • permanently disable user accounts;
  • restrict access to particular services;
  • report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities; or
  • take legal action where appropriate.

The action taken will be proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the breach.


10. Changes to this Policy

Timetabling Solutions may update this policy from time to time.

The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
