RE: Upcoming price increase to your annual software subscription
We are applying a higher-than-usual price increase to our client's annual subscriptions.
This adjustment is necessary to support ongoing developments as we improve our product suite and services.
We are transitioning more of our solutions to cloud-based applications hosted by Timetabling Solutions on Microsoft Azure, which offer enhanced functionality, security, and performance.
A key focus area for 2025-26 is increasing our investment in Azure infrastructure to enhance the performance and reliability of our Daily Organiser app, particularly during peak usage periods. This will ensure faster response times and a more consistent user experience for all clients.
Some of the enhancements we've already provided include:
- We have provided a hosted Management Portal, enabling your school to easily manage user access, security settings (SSO, MFA and Passwordless).
- We have provided a Staff & Student Portal for convenient access to timetables, activity updates, and schedule changes in read-only mode.
- Developing an 'offline' mode for our Daily Organiser app, which will allow continued use in areas with unstable internet connectivity. The offline mode will be released later in 2025.
- Improved security and business processes, aligned with ISO27001 and STS4 security standards. (Full assessment of STS4 completed in 2025 for our cloud applications)
- We have integrated with Wonde to seamlessly import student, teacher, and room data from your student admin system and improved our SIF/LISS integrations and API.
These initiatives significantly enhance the value and functionality of our offering, so we are increasing the subscription fee to cover these investments.

We are progressively bringing older subscription plans into line with current pricing to ensure fairness and consistency across our client base. Our standard rates are reviewed annually each January to reflect CPI and the rising costs of delivering secure, reliable cloud services.
