Timetabling Solutions may provide commercial credit to organisations by allowing payment after products or services have been supplied. Where this occurs, we collect and manage limited credit-related information necessary to administer customer accounts and recover outstanding amounts where required.
This policy explains how Timetabling Solutions collects, uses, stores and protects credit-related information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Scope
This policy applies to credit-related information collected from organisations purchasing products or services from Timetabling Solutions.
Timetabling Solutions does not provide consumer credit and does not collect or hold consumer credit information about individuals.
3. Information We Collect
Where commercial credit is provided, we may collect information including:
- Organisation name
- ABN or ACN
- Billing and postal addresses
- Contact names
- Email addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Payment history relating to accounts with Timetabling Solutions
- Bank account details were required for refunds or direct debit arrangements
- Publicly available corporate information relevant to managing customer accounts
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to administer customer accounts and provide our services.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
Timetabling Solutions:
- does not obtain consumer credit reports from credit reporting bodies;
- does not obtain credit eligibility information from other credit providers; and
- does not report customer payment information to credit reporting bodies.
5. How We Use Credit Information
Credit-related information is used solely for legitimate business purposes, including:
- establishing and administering customer accounts;
- issuing invoices and receiving payments;
- managing outstanding accounts;
- recovering overdue debts where necessary;
- complying with legal and regulatory obligations; and
- protecting the legitimate interests of Timetabling Solutions.
6. Disclosure of Credit Information
We do not sell or disclose credit-related information except where necessary to:
- engage debt collection agencies or legal advisers to recover overdue accounts;
- comply with applicable laws, court orders or regulatory requirements;
- protect the legal rights or interests of Timetabling Solutions; or
- where otherwise authorised or required by law.
7. Storage and Security
Credit-related information is stored securely using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
Timetabling Solutions implements security controls designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

8. Access and Correction
An authorised representative of an organisation may request access to, or correction of, credit-related information held by Timetabling Solutions.

We do not charge for reasonable access requests and aim to respond as soon as practicable, generally within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you believe Timetabling Solutions has not handled credit-related information in accordance with this policy or applicable privacy legislation, please contact us.
We will investigate complaints promptly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
10. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed at least every two years, or sooner where required due to legislative, regulatory or business changes.
