Enhance the Student Options Import Wizard for Wonde to support the import of pre-admission students, in addition to current students.
When importing students from Wonde, provide the user with options to select which student types should be included:
Current students and or Pre-admission students
The user should be able to select either option individually or select both.
Use case: Schools often need to collect subject preferences and prepare student options for students who have not yet formally commenced at the school. These students may already exist in the school's MIS/SIS and be available through Wonde as pre-admission students.
Allowing pre-admission students to be imported directly through the Student Options Import Wizard would remove the need for schools to manually create or separately import these students before commencing the subject preference process.
Suggested behaviour: The Wonde import step should include checkboxes such as:
☑ Current students ☐ Pre-admission students
If both are selected, the import should retrieve both current and pre-admission students from Wonde and process them through the existing Student Options import workflow.
