TT - Add teacher details to every row of load reports

Added the option to "Show row headers on all rows" to [8D] Teacher Faculty Loads, [19F] Teacher Periods and [19G] Teacher Loads. This means that excel versions of these reports can be sorted by class information without losing the link to the allocated teacher.
