Separate "on-site unavailable" from "off-site absent" in the daily bulletin

I just posted a similar request! I also requested a way to mark staff as unavailable for a replacement lesson during one of their free periods without it needing to be listed as an absence.
Currently I manually go in each morning and delete any on-site absences from the teacher absence list in the bulletin, thankfully we are only a medium size school so this is manageable but something I would rather not have to do each morning,

The daily bulletin currently lists all teacher absences under a single "Teacher Absences" heading, with reasons hidden for privacy. This means staff marked absent for school business or meetings appear alongside genuinely off-site staff - creating the false impression that senior teachers are unavailable or not on site, when in fact they are present but booked out. Schools need a way to surface the distinction without breaching staff privacy.
