Web Daily Org: ability to determine how "lost lessons" are counted

When a staff member is assigned to an activity during a time when they have "spare lessons", currently this time is deducted from counted replacements.
Would like the ability to determine whether the lost lessons are deducted from the uncounted replacements before taking them from counted replacements.
