Screen 8B - can you please add a space for the cover teacher here. It could automatically cover the teacher who is absent with one teacher for each day they are away and could save significant time. Alternatively and even better, could you add the column to the edit teacher activity so you could do the replacement teacher by day as you do the teacher who is absent.
This would prevent you from having to go into each day and selecting a teacher for each lesson to cover.
