Prompt for absence reason on every period marked absent

When marking a teacher absent across multiple periods, the system currently does not re-prompt for an absence reason on each new period. The reason entered for the first period silently carries over, or is absent altogethe, requiring the user to manually edit each period afterwards if the reasons differ. This creates extra steps and risks inaccurate absence records.
