Add search bar to selector dialogues (teachers & rooms)

When editing an activity, the "Select Teacher" and "Select Room" dialogues require users to scroll through the full list to find what they need. The teacher replacement dialogue already solves this with a search bar, this feature request brings that same behaviour to all selector dialogues.
