TT - Show clashes in red to be an option throughout the allocations and blocking sections

There is a "Show clashes in red" tick box available on the roll class allocations screen as well as the blocked roll class allocations screen. This feature should be extended to be available on the teacher and room allocations screens in those two sections as well.
