TT - New tasks to show loads by faculty and by faculty group

Add new tasks in section 8 to be able to show the teacher loads for each faculty or faculty group by clicking on the faculty or faculty group in a select panel, rather than having to choose the teacher to display via a hyperlink. This will create the option to easily generate a report showing each faculty or faculty group on separate pages.
