TT - Put MRCG Names tick box on all screens in Master Timetables

On [17A] Master Timetables, there is a tick box to show MRCG names. This applies to [17B] Faculty Timetables and [17C] RUR Timetables so needs to be able to be turned on or off on those screens as well.
