Daily Org - allow ability to assign teacher to class through the 13B 'edit room' page

The 13B master view is helpful when updating room changes. It was be amazing if we could also have the same option for the staff replacements right next to the room replacement. That way, the Daily Organiser can see if they are assigning teachers to the correct class and also identify timetabling gaps or issues quicker due to the "master timetable" view that appears.
