TT - Add a load column using period load to the teacher loads report

On the teacher load report, add a column which shows the load for each teacher based on the load of the periods when the classes are allocated. For schools that have a lot of variation in period lengths, it will provide a quick way to view loads based on that value instead of the group load as used in other reports.
