When enrolling in a training course via the Management Portal, the Attendees section is where you select the staff members who will attend.
Important: Participants Must Be Users entered in the Management Portal
All attendee fields (except invoice details) are selection fields, not free-text entry.
This means:
The participant must already be a user in your Management Portal.
You cannot manually enter a new name, email address, or mobile number.
All contact details are automatically pulled from the user’s existing profile.
If a staff member does not appear in the dropdown list, they must first be added as a user in the Management Portal on https://timetabling.education task 1A Manage Users (by your Global Admin or User Admin)
Adding Multiple Attendees
If enrolling more than one participant:
Click the + button to add another attendee.
Repeat the selection process for each participant.
You must provide at least one attendee to proceed with the enrolment.
Updating Participant Details
If a staff member’s:
Mobile number
Email address
Position
Name
is incorrect or outdated, update their details in:
Management Portal → User Management
Once updated there, the correct information will flow through automatically into the training enrolment form.
Invoice Details (Editable Fields)
The only text-entry fields in this section are:
Name on Invoice
Invoice Email
These fields allow you to specify:
The billing name to appear on the invoice
The email address where the invoice should be sent
All prices exclude GST. A tax invoice will be emailed to your school after enrolment.

Requiring participants to be Portal users ensures:
Accurate contact details
Proper course communication
Secure system access
Clean reporting and attendance records
It also prevents manual data entry errors during enrolment.
If a participant does not appear in the selection list, please add them as a user in the Management Portal before completing the enrolment.
