The Subscribe to Calendar feature is currently in beta. It allows you to view your timetable events directly within your personal calendar (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar).
Note: if syncing to Outlook, please enter webcal:// at the beginning of the URL when on the Outlook Subscribe to Calendar page.
What it does
Syncs up to two weeks of timetable data into your external calendar.
Updates periodically while the beta is active.
Designed to view upcoming classes or duties alongside your other appointments.
Technical limitations
Authentication: The subscription feed currently works only with Basic Authentication (username and password embedded in the URL).
SSO and 2FA: This feature will not work for schools using Single Sign-On (SSO) or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), because these methods require secure interactive login that calendar apps such as Outlook or Google Calendar cannot perform automatically. This limitation is primarily due to Microsoft and other calendar providers not supporting authenticated feeds that rely on modern login methods (e.g., OAuth2, SAML, OpenID) for automatic subscription updates.
What to expect during beta
Some calendar systems may show an “Invalid URL” error if the link is not publicly accessible or if your school uses SSO.
Events will only appear for the current and upcoming two weeks.
Data accuracy and update intervals may vary as we continue testing the feature.
