New items in preparation for future updates
Several new items have been added to the Management Portal in preparation for future updates, which will have limited use to begin with. As functionality is extended, we will keep you updated on how the new features will help you to streamline data management within the system.


Operations | Curriculum - Master list of data

Master lists of Year Levels, Students, Teachers, Rooms and Duty Areas are found in [3] Operations.


Master lists of Faculties and Subjects are found in [4] Curriculum.


School operations master lists allow administrators to manage lists of Year Levels, Students, Teachers, Rooms and Duty Areas that are used across the various cloud applications.


For example, changing a student’s name in [3B] Students automatically updates the name in Course Manager and Preferences Manager (updating Daily Organiser is coming soon).


Students and teachers on the master lists with an email address can be added as users to give them access to the Student and Teacher Portals. Additional roles can be assigned to teachers as required.

Additional functionality is still being developed. In a future update, [3A] Year Levels will allow administrators to manage access to year-level records across the various cloud applications. For example, the administrator may assign users access to Year Levels 7, 8 and 9 but not 10, 11 and 12.

Note: [3D] Rooms and [3E] Duty Areas currently do not integrate with other apps. This functionality will be available in a future update.
