CAMPUS INFORMATION (applies from 30th September 2025)

We are introducing Campuses and Academic Years in the Daily Organiser, which your Global Administrator or School Administrator can create.

A campus can be the same physical site, such as defining the junior, middle, and senior schools, or it could be separate physical sites, such as primary and secondary.  A separate campus will have a separate timetable and daily organiser data.

Each school will now define up to three campuses, set their academic year and term dates, and use one Daily Organiser file per campus per year. This removes the need for multiple files (per term or semester) and improves publishing speed.

If your timetable structure changes mid-year (e.g. between terms or semesters), you will use a new special publish option.  This will replace the future dates with the new timetable and remove any no longer relevant changes that you had made to those dates.

Management Portal | Task [7A] SIF/LISS Integrations

Existing LISS integrations will continue to operate.

Once a Campus | Academic Year is created and the Daily Organiser dataset is in operation, a new LISS Integration will need to be created for the data to sync.

Sync future date, allows you to publish a future timetable such as for semester two, while you are in semester one.
