Summary:
After signing in, V10 displays as activated, when opening a file the software becomes de-activated

Cause:
Settings > Time & language > Language & region. The 'Country or region' is not set to Australia with the Regional Format set to English (Australia) and the short date format dd/mm/yyyy.

Resolution:
Open Settings > Time & language > Language & region and make the changes
