SUMMARY:
When attempting to open Daily Organiser when at school, you receive a message saying;
"Hmmm...can't reach this page. It looks like do1.timetabling.education closed the connection".
You can open Daily Organiser at home or when using your mobile device.
CAUSE:
Timetabling Solutions uses Cloudflare to manage connections, which uses zstd encoding (to load pages faster, use less bandwidth, and spend less time and CPU/power on compression on our server), which some firewalls cannot inspect and will, therefore, drop the connection.
STATUS:
Known - will not change.
RESOLUTION:
Chrome:
1. copy/paste "Chrome://flags" in your browser and click Enter.
2. enter "zstd" into the search and click Enter.
3. set the Zstd Content-Encoding to "Disabled".
Edge:
1. copy/paste "Edge://flags" in your browser and click Enter.
2. enter "zstd" into the search and click Enter.
3. set the Zstd Content-Encoding to "Disabled".
