In 2023, Microsoft released Outlook 'New'.

Timetabling Solutions V10 does not support Outlook 'New' as it doesn't support com add-ins or scripting, only Add-Ins for Outlook in the office app store.

Timetabling Solutions V10 requires the installed desktop version of Outlook to send emails.

If you have Outlook installed, ensure the 'Try the new Outlook' is set to off.

Note: some users may need to open Outlook by right click > Run as Administrator


Publishing staff and student timetables, activities, changes and the bulletin

We recommend publishing timetables, activities, changes, class lists in our (read-only) Staff Access Portal and Daily Reports (additional purchase required).
 

Students can access their timetable, activities and changes in the Student Access portal.
