Required Actions
1. Open https://timetabling.education and go to the Management Portal
2. Select Task 6 SIF/LISS Integrations
3. Double-click your current Compass integration
4. Click "Remove Integration Files" and click OK.
- when you first sync with Compass we 'get' the IDs and store them and add them to our data that is published. When an ID is changed such as a Teacher becomes an 'Other Teacher' they need to be refreshed.
5. Click Validate and click OK. (This may take up to 15 minutes, most complete within a few minutes. The email is just a confirmation, it has no other details)
6. Click Synchronise and click OK.
The data should sync within a few minutes.
