Symptoms:  When publishing from V9 to Web Daily Organiser you receive an Internal Server Error

Status:
- Known. A fix is currently being worked on, but it may take some time. V9 is in limited support, V10 is the current supported product.

Resolution 1: 
Workaround.


1. Sign in to https://timetabling.education

2. Go to task 11 Project Folder

3. Select Upload

4. Browse and select your timetable file

5. Once your timetable has been uploaded, right-click the file and select 'Import to Published Timetables'

6. Select the start date for the timetable and click OK

Resolution 2:
Permanent solution. Upgrade to Version 10, available for free for Web Daily Organiser users.
(You can install V10 on a machine with V9 and convert the V9 data to V10 format.)

1. Sign in to https://timetabling.education
2. From the home page, select the V10 Product Page
3. Click Download and select either the exe or msi file (they are the same product)
4. Double-click the downloaded exe or msi file and follow the prompts

5. Open V10, sign in with your username and password that you use for https://timetabling.education
6. From the top menu, click File|Convert V9 data to V10 format (this create a copy of your V9 data and saves inV10 format)
7. Open your timetable file with V10, click Publish, and Publish Timetable to Web Daily Organiser
