Symptoms: Importing from XLSX, CSV, txt you receive the error "Call rejected by Callee"
Cause: The most likely cause is your source file for importing is located in a folder that is being synced by OneDrive.
Resolution: Pause the OneDrive sync. On your taskbar, click on the OneDrive cloud, click the cog, and click Pause Syncing and attempt the import again. Alternatively, move the source file to a destination that is not being synced by OneDrive.
We also recommend reviewing your sync settings to ensure you are only syncing the folders/files that you need (On your taskbar, click on the OneDrive cloud, click the cog, click Settings and click View Folders).
