Summary:
When Timetabling Solutions 10 desktop software cannot read the Short date format in the Region settings, a default Active to: date of 1899-12-30 (which may differ depending on the short date format) will be displayed. Timetabling Solutions 10 will not be activated.
Cause:
The Region format has been set to English (United States), and the Short date is not set to dd/MM/yyyy.
Resolution:
1) On the taskbar, click the Windows icon, click Settings, Time & language and make sure the Region is set to Australia.
2) Click Date & time, change the Short date format to dd/MM/yyyy.
3) Click 'Language & region, change the Windows display language to English (Australia).
4) Open Timetabling Solutions 10 and sign in.
