Issue:
On the V10 Welcome Page, the Active to date displays 01-Jan-74. 

This is a known issue as of 14th July 2023 with the date separator "-" and a fix is being worked on.

Workaround:

On the bottom right of your taskbar, right-click the date and select "Adjust date & time".

Change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy and repeat the V10 sign-in.
