STEP 2. DOWNLOAD AND EXTRACT THE TRAINING MANUALS AND DATA
Download from: https://timetabling.elevio.help/en/articles/685
Place it on your desktop, then double-click the file, it will create the V10 Online Training Data folder
STEP 3. COMPLETE A PRE-TRAINING TECHNICAL SETUP CALL
The technical call is a prerequisite to attending the training. Please telephone us on +61 3 5228 3700 at your earliest convenience to book a preferred time for the technical setup call

REQUIREMENTS & SET UP
Internet Connection
Group video calls with screen sharing require a minimum 8Mbps download, 1.5Mbps upload and ping less than 130ms. Check your speed here: https://speedtest.net
Two Monitors Minimum Requirement
To ensure you have the best possible experience, using two monitors is the minimum requirement, with a headset to minimize background noise
Your trainer will be displaying their screen for you to follow on one monitor, and you will need a second monitor to work from

Training Manual
