The following applies when only timetable data is needed in General Access. If daily changes are needed, save from;

1. V10 Welcome Page, Configure File Locations, second tab V9 General Access File Locations.
- Set your published data folder and program folder for V9 General Access
- Click Update General Access and Create Desktop Shortcut
(note: if this button is greyed out, close the Configure screen and re-open)
- Click OK
2. Open Timetable Development and open your timetable file.
3. Click File| Publish Timetable
4. Click Save to V9 General Access
5. Click OK - an information message will appear confirming that the file has been saved as directed.
NOTE: The name of the file is listed, and the numbers at the beginning indicate when it was saved.
A file saved on the 29th of January, 2023 at 3.15pm would begin with: 230129151500
The publish date is the last time that the timetable file was published for V9 Daily Organiser as the save to V9 General Access does not include a date selection. If no previous save to V9 Daily Organiser is found, this is populated with the current date.
