Symptoms: 
The PDF attachment is missing when sending emails from V10.

Cause: 
The PDFs are stored in the configured backup folder location before being attached to the email. If the backup folder location cannot be accessed, the attachments will not be added.

Resolution: Ensure the backup folder location can be accessed. Try configuring it to a local folder for testing purposes.
