Symptons: "The username or password entered was invalid"

Resolution 1: If you have previously signed in to https://timetabling.education use the Recover My Account function on:  https://auth.timetabling.education/Recovery

Resolution 2: If you have never signed in to https://timetabling.education follow these steps:
To access our desktop and online software users will need to be added and assigned roles in the Management Portal on https://timetabling.education 

This is a different site to our company website and does not use your SMA login details.

Each school has a Global Administrator who can add users and assign roles. 


Nominate your Global Administrator by completing this online form

Request your Global Administrator do the following:

  • Sign in to https://timetabling.education open the Management Portal 

  • Go to [1] Manage Users

  • Add any users requiring access that are not already listed

  • Select the users that will operate V10 and assign the role 'Timetabler'

    Important: you need to include any other role that may apply to that user

  • Click "Activations" to send a verification email to the user allowing them to create their password for signing in to https://timetabling.education

  • Users will need to sign in to V10 on the desktop to operate the software using the same login details they use for signing in to https://timetabling.education

  • For users that have never signed in to https://timetabling.education
    select the users and from the top menu click Activations. This will send an email to the user to create a password.

    - If the user forgets their password, it can be reset via the sign-in page in V10 and on https://timetabling.education via the Recover your account function
