Summary:
Export to Compass overwriting previous timetable information.

Cause:
Start date for the timetable occurs before today.

Status:
Known.
Changes need to be implemented within Web DO to ensure that it is not possible to publish data for a start date that is earlier than the current date. Timeline for this is approximately 6 weeks, ie late May, 2022.

Resolution:
The workaround requires the date to be set manually before synchronising each day in the Management Portal [6] Integrations.
Edit the integration and change the Start Date for the Timetable Range to today, as per image below.

Click Save

Click Synchronise - note it is important to save after setting the date and before clicking the Synchronise button.
