Every Timetabling Solutions client with a current Software Maintenance Agreement has access to the Management Portal on https://timetabling.education which hosts our cloud apps and allows users to activate the Version 10 desktop application.

You may request access to the following roles:

Global Administrator: View and manage all configurations and settings within a school for Timetabling Solutions apps. Recommended for IT and high-level support personnel.

Daily Organiser: Manage daily timetable changes such as teacher absences, lesson cancellations, activities, and replacement teachers.

Timetabler (desktop V10): Access Version 10 desktop app which includes Timetable Development and Student Options.

Note if your school already has an account we will also notify the Global Administrator at the school of your request
