Summary:
After replacements are entered, they are not displayed when the data is reloaded. “No replacements required” may appear at the top when viewing the screen [12A] Allocate Teacher Replacements

Cause:
Under investigation

Resolution:

1. Right-click on the white section of the screen and select Refresh from the menu

2. If step 1 did not work, then go to 8A to make another teacher absent for the day, then go to 12A, right-click and select Refresh Display

3. If steps 1 & 2 didn't work, open the Management Portal, go to task 2B Settings | Daily Organiser, tick 'Enable period structure realignment and then republish your timetable. This will force the Daily Organiser data to reassociate with the timetable.
