Summary:
After replacements have been entered, upon reloading the data they are not showing.  “No replacements required” may appear at the top when viewing the screen [12A] Allocate Teacher Replacements

Cause:
Under investigation

Resolution:

1. Right-click on the white section of the screen and select Refresh from the menu

2. If step 1 did not work, then, go to 8A to make another teacher absent for the day, then go to 12A, right-click and select Refresh Display

3.  If steps 1 & 2 didn't work, copy the file.  Go to the Daily Organiser home page and click Copy.

* note, please delete any copied files once they are no longer required.  Having multiple data files for overlapping date ranges will cause slowness
