STEP 2: Extract the downloaded zip file.

Right-click the file and choose Extract All.
Save the extracted V10.1 Training Data folder to your desktop.

This folder contains all the materials you’ll need for your course, including a subfolder called Full Manuals.

TIP:

Open the V10.1 Training Data folder, then open the Full Manuals folder.
If you’re attending an online course, we recommend either:

• Copying the manuals to a tablet (e.g. iPad), or

• Using split-screen on your computer:
  Open a manual, then press Windows key + Left/Right arrow to snap it to one side. You can then open the Microsoft Teams app on the other side, leaving your main screen free for the V10.1 software.
