Summary:
The VASS file exported from Timetabling Solutions V10 is blank.

Resolution:
Before exporting from Timetabling Solutions V10 to VASS, the Candidate Number file must be generated from VASS.  This file has specified fields and must be PIPE delimited.

If the Candidate Number file is comma or tab delimited, the VASS file exported from Timetabling Solutions V10 will be blank.
