The student course changes that are made in Course Manager should be 'checked in', exported to Student Options, linked to your Timetable file which is then published to Daily Organiser and/or exported to other applications.


STEP 1: Open Course Manager, select the relevant Student Group, click Export data.

STEP 2:  Open your Timetable file, go to task 6A and make sure the Student Options file from Course Manager is linked to the timetable.   


When the timetable file is linked to the Student Options file, student timetables can be emailed, exports to Admin Systems will include the student course changes 

For the changes to appear in Daily Organiser:

STEP 1:  On the Timetable Development home page, click Publish Timetable, click Publish Timetable to Web Daily Organiser and follow the prompts
