Timetabling Solutions uses the Outlook desktop app for sending emails.
The "Sender" options in the email dialog come from the mailboxes listed in your Outlook desktop application, they cannot be created in Version 9.
Emails that contain an attachment, requires a Backup folder to be configured in Configure File Locations|Backup Folder.
Minimum Requirements
1. Ensure the Microsoft Outlook desktop app is installed on your machine, the email functionality will not work with the Outlook web app, only with the desktop app
2. Ensure the email account you wish to send emails from is configured in the Outlook desktop app (ie, you can send/receive emails using the Outlook desktop app)
3. Ensure Timetabling Solutions Version 9 is installed on your machine, not on a server
