This error occurs when a user attempts to log in to one of our apps and is not assigned the appropriate Role to access it.
Your email address is in the system, and we can confirm you have entered your password correctly; you just haven't been assigned anything to access.
Please ask your Global Administrator or User Administrator to log in to https://timetabling.education, go to [1] Manage Users, select your name, click Roles, and make the relevant selection.
