When sending emails from V9 that creates attachments such as Student Timetables, the pdf file/s will be created in the location you specify in Configure File Locations | Backup in a folder called "Email Attachments". Once created, outlook will then attach the pdf and send.
If you are no longer able to access this location you will receive the error "path cannot be found".
To resolve, set the Backup path to a location that you can access.
