This issue can arise when the saved username/password used when activating V9 Web Daily Organiser on the V9 Welcome Page is different to what is stored in the user profile on the Management Portal ie the password may have been updated, but not updated on the desktop.
It can also appear when a Publish Group has been removed/edited but the desktop user is still attempting to publish to it from V9.
First ensure that the details entered on the V9 Welcome Page | Web Daily Organiser are correct. If they are, then check that the Publish Group that you are attempting to publish to is still valid.
If the above is correct, close Version 9. From the Start menu, locate Timetabling Solutions V9, right click and select 'Run as Administrator', attempt to Publish the timetable to Web Daily Organiser. If this is successful, then close V9 and make sure that the user has local admin permissions.
Workaround: open https://mp.timetabling.education go to [10] Project Folder, from the main menu click Upload Files, browse and select your timetable file (*.tdf9), once uploaded, right click the file and select "Import to Publish Timetables", select or create the Publish Group, select the start date for the timetable. This completes the same function as publishing from the desktop.
